CANCELLATION POLICY
Our Booking & Cancellation Policy We understand that things come up, and you may need to reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or change your booking. This allows us to offer that time slot to another client who may be waiting. * Cancellations made within the 24-hour window will be charged a fee of 50% of the service cost. * Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without any notice will be charged 99% of the amount of the service. Your time is valuable, and so is ours. We appreciate your consideration and look forward to seeing you soon!
